Good to hear he had an exciting debut, makes you wonder why he wasn't on the u20 squad...

Good prospect for the future. Also Ronaldinho hair is tight.

I know of only the two pro appearances, this one and the loss in the Capital One Cup and has dazzled in both from all accounts.

Good point - the coach in the post game interview spoke of "nurturing" him into the game. I don't see him grabbing a starting spot immediately but he's getting rave reviews from his coach and the commentators. Seems like the Huddersfield manager has a good plan for turning him into a solid starter over time.

The January camp is for players based in MLS, Denmark, Norway, Sweden. Aside from a few weird exceptions (Jones' long suspension, Morales not wanted by Hertha) that's it.

Holmes is a first team player at Huddersfield and England is very active in January

I'm looking forward to see more from Holmes, never seen him play but judging by the reviews about him its been good to hear. Its a shame that Ramos didn't select him for the world cup. Heck, he can still play in the olympics.

Brits calling for him to be a 90 minute player each game. Coach wants to take it slow with him.

10 games from now he will clearly be their best player.... He is much more talented than his teammates.. I say he goes to the epl next year.. Several teams will be after him...

I highly doubt he will be playing in the EPL next season. Kid is 18 years old, needs to play consistently for 90 minutes at the Championship level, and he needs to pack on some muscle. My guess he will be a Huddersfield Town player for a few more years. 21 or 22 will be the perfect age to make the jump to the EPL.

There are several teenagers playing in the epl.. Im sure he could be a starter in the epl next year.. He will soon be getting 90mins, id say the next 3 games...
