For once I agree with Rain. In no way is Corona better than Zusi.

Corona has become a bench player for Tijuana not only spring but again in this new campaign. I think he has some good qualities, but Zusi is a better player.

Some people are obsessed with player potential. Convinced that their potential will realize itself tomorrow.

Look at this guy "WorldSoccerSource", thinks the best possible CB pairing is Brooks and...wait for it, Shane O'Neil !

Oh get out of here. US Soccer anounces Parkhurst as Evan's replacement. Parkhurst will not do well...not at all sharp

Evans goes down. Who to replace him with? Tim Chandler? Not starting consistently for a bundesliga side but at the least on the bench. No not him. Eric Lichaj? Consistently starting and playing well for a promotion favorite championship side. Not him. Michael Parkhurst? Can't even make the 18 for a relegation candidate bundesliga team. Sure let's go with him.

Cameron is still likely to be the starting RB, its just annoying.

Cameron adds zilch zero down the flank to the offense. But yeah, I see him starting. Mr. Stay at home RB.

He gives about as much offense as brad Evans does. Despite Evans being a midfielder he doesn't seem to get forward much from right back.

With a Fab/Beasley left side we need a stay at home RB so when Beas makes his run Besler/Brooks slide over and Cameron is still back there

I agree that Cameron is the likely starter at RB. I'd like to see Fabian as our RB and Beasley as our LB with Landon, Dempsey, Zusi and a striker (depending on injury status) running the attack.

Evans provides more offense than Cameron... But if he is a no go I would put orozco or Cameron.. Vs Mexico orozco since his familiar with many of the players

And looks like cameron will probably be starting at right back. Micheal not going to ever play for augsburg parkhurst gets the call up for evans and lichaj doesnt. I know these are pivotal games coming up but come on this is getting riduclous. Klinsmann can tell me he can call up johannson whose only cap was the bosnia game and anthony brooks but he cant call up lichaj because now is not the time to expirement. Isnt calling up aj and anthony brooks kind of experimenting considering they have never been called up for WCQ's or a gold cup before yet they are getting called up for quote the most important games of WCQ. i mean I have nothing wrong with calling up aj and anthony brooks but to not call up lichaj because it is experimenting with the team is crap. Klinsmann is a great coach but its hard to understand his refusal to call up lichaj but hand parkhurst all these callups for not even making the 18 for his team.

Wow wow wow, Maybe Coronas minutes have diminshed but saying he isn't a more accomplished player as Zusi is a little far fecthed. I would say they are equal. Corona is young but has more experience playing top level opposition and producing. Zusi has been more consistent but does not have the tools Corona has. I remember Corona has a pretty damn good cross on a couple occasions and has more goals than Zusi in less games. A player that is better than both is Bedoya and I wouldn't be suprised to see him get the nod at right mid.

The Lichaj non callup isnt that big of a deal. He'll get his chance. Maybe October will be his time.

Equal? Hmm, maybe. But everything is subjective based on opinions. I might not be right, but in my opinion Zusi is a better player. Klinsmann seems to think so, as well as countless other analysts. The only opinion that really matters is Klinsmann's, and he rates Zusi higher than Corona. Based on his call-ups to WC qualifiers and starts that Zusi has made over Corona when both are called in at the same time.

Like I stated Corona has some good qualities, is young, and still has time to develop as a player.
