Is ok a lot of new noobies on this site lately that just became usa soccer fans. Have no knowledge what so ever. If they think gyau is the best option them let it be so. Everyone here is entitled to their own opinions. I still think Donovan is our best player, others would argue bradley, jozy, howard ext... We all have our own opinions.

Yeah, some are just better than others.

You make no sense.. Honduras, Costa Rica are by far more superior in soccer than Guatemala. Guatemala never has and will probably never qualify to a world cup. I saw the game.,.the stadium wasnt even sold out. U wanna go by homefield, well then I wonder.what happened to USA.in olympic qualifying. As I recall el Salvador took them out in our house.

I know I should not perpetuate this but WTF.

Yes, Honduras and Costa Rica are superior to Guatemala, but by your rationale we have a superior team (by FIFA rankings) so ergo we should win there away too. Historically we have struggled playing away in Central America and only recently have started to turn that around.

As for those teams that failed to qualify, I saw them play and on both occasions they were a little too arrogant and thought they could just show up and win. We were much more skillful but we lacked cohesion and did not work as hard as our opponents.

Adms - Thank you for being you. Half the time your comments make me want to beat my f&^king head against the wall, but the other half you (and the comments you stir up) have me laughing my ass off. Tell me you do the SS on purpose. Maybe for the German secret police??

Common Joe, if your game can grow a bit, you will be exactly what we need (WINGER with speed).

I really hope Joe starts to fulfill some of his potential.

Wouldn't mind seeing him come over on loan to an MLS for the summer.

Is Green a replacement for Gyau if he doesn't fulflill that potential? Funny how we lucked out in a sense. A younger more talented german league winger in a reserve team.

Shit happens. I have tweaked certain parts of my body with less contact than what Green had. Doesn't matter how big a person is; you can hurt yourself from an innocuous tweak or stepping the wrong way. Doesn't mean that a person is fragile.

Agreed.
You can hurt yourself getting out of bed or out of your car or twisting the wrong way while getting dressed, you can tweak your neck looking over your shoulder to change lanes, etc. Saying that he's fragile because of this one instance (where I saw at least a few hard fouls on him) is silly. Now, if he's effectively out for the rest of the season because of this due to relapses and whatnot, then maybe you've got a point.

Getting word American @JoeGyau36 in Hoffenheim's 18 Sunday vs Augsburg after playing Regionalliga all season (7 goals)

Nice. Maybe(but unlikely) we'll see him and FJ on the field together.

Good , good. Hopefully this will lead to him playing in the Hoffenheim first team next season. Kid has a lot of talent, and could be a huge addition for the USMNT going into the 2018 WC cycle.

Looks like you have something against Green. Personal issues aside, you can ask Bradley, how he twisted his ankle while joggle...
Ease up a bit would you? or dont

if gyau shows well in a few bundesliga matches to close out the season, i'd rather have him in brazil than green.

Hopeful for Joe to progress and be a relevant sub of USMNT by Copa America Centenario 2016.
