I was predicting what Jurgen would do, not me.

I think klinsmann will make the switch for fabian to left back soon. Chandler has shown well at left back but I feel he is lacking confidence in the final third because he is so much better crossing from the right then the left. Plus fabian has been played so much on the left for his club that if it keeps up klinsmann is a pretty smart guy he will put fabian and chandler where he feels they will be most comfortable.

Honestly I don't even think chandler is that good of a player. Yedlin is over him right now, cuandler is more of a sub player than a starter. I don't remember the last time he had a good game. Edgar castillo and brad Evans have had better mnt performances than chandler.

Castillo should be out there in one of the next two friendlies as well. Jurgen likes his fullbacks high up the pitch, and nobody does that better than Castillo at this moment in a USMNT shirt. I'd like to see Castillo LB and Fabian LW, with Yedlin and Gyau on the right.

Keep on pushing Joe! We all knew this was the right choice, because the kid has guts and self confidence. Showed vs the Czechs he's not afraid to track back either.

As I have said, here and there appearances are not enough, he needs to go to a club where he can actually get 60-90 minutes per game. This will allow him to grow as much as possible. He has grown, but there is MUCH more left to go. Carefully finding a club that is supportive of him AND is willing to give him 60-90 minutes per game.

The way dortmund is playing would not be surprised if gyau is a 45-90 minute player mid way in the season. You know there will be changes and gyau will probably be one of them.

yea but gotta remember there are injuries. I was sure Gyau would get mins but instead Klopp puts in a defender, Sokratis for Hummels when they are losing? I know Hummels cant play full 90 but then why start him? The defense still gave up goals. Weird decision imo

Interesting read from Ives about Gyau path
http://www.goal.com/en-us/news/1679/us-nation...

This what got me though about what Gyau went through
"This past year's been a lot," Gyau told Goal USA. "I came back from St. Pauli and originally Hoffenheim had told me that they didn't want me anymore. So they told me "Joe can go find a new club. We're not really interested in him right now,' so I was playing that season with the second team. Then I started talking to David Wagner and (Borussia) Dortmund and suddenly Hoffenheim decided I wasn't for sale anymore."

This is some BS. How does Hoffenheim tell you that you can leave and that you arent wanted. Suddenly BVB shows interest and they want you again magically. Something is wrong there. This is how American are seeing in Europe or at least teams give them less support in the case of Gyau

Damn. Thats rough. Even though he didnt play much for Dortmund thats still a blow to an already injury ravaged squad

I hate to be the harbinger of bad news, ladies and gentlemen, but Michael Orozco will start for the US men's national team in Jacksonville.
